Then I met this amazing girl who taught me it was okay. But by then, I’d already had my first crush. I didn’t learn what the term gay was until I was in middle school and already making too many guy friends and desperately trying to fit in. Outside of our family, we had no friends cause we weren’t allowed. For instance, biasedly, I was raised in a church, went to church every Sunday, my grandfather is a pastor. I think that no matter who you are, you can turn out gay. Why couldn’t you keep this to yourself when you know there are people who don’t agree? Now that you’ve shared your opinion, I’m going to share mine, seeing as it’s justified. So, while I can get that people have their opinions, not all people agree. Does that mean that me and my brother didn’t have a ‘proper upbringing’? Because I am a LESBIAN and my TRANSGENDER is PANSEXUAL and ASEXUAL.
